where a bomb blast taken place in well security area HIGH COURT ,
morning around 10.30 high bomb blast kills 11 innocent civilian
and more then 80 injured at gate no.5.
looking previous attack its 20th terrorist attack in Delhi since 1997 ,
Court business is usually heavy on Wednesday which is listed as a Public Interest Litigation day when the visitors come to the court
in large numbers.
It is in the second time in four months that a blast occurred outside
the Delhi high court complex.
